Being part of a team is more than just playing on the court, its the practices, the memories, the team dinners and oh so much more. The most important part of being a GM volleyball player is picking your team back up after a bad play, whether your on the bench or on the court you're never out of the play.
being a GM volleyball player means understanding that everyone makes mistakes and fixing it by making the next play even better. don't let a bad play get you down, just learn from your mistakes and do everything in your power to keep the ball off your side of the court. everyone underestimates GM volleyball players, they don't understand how much work we put into being one team, because if we didn't take the time or work as hard as we do, we wouldn't go anywhere.
